Common KIA Problems that cause a sort of humming or low frequency vibrating noise are 1. low fluid in Power Steering and 2. Maybe Alternator bearings worn (Alternator likely still charges fine but the worn bearings make a mid to low frequency noise).

Check the power steering reservoir first and look for signs of a leak if the reservoir is low. Top off the fluid (Dot 2)- Stop the Hum!

You can use a stethoscope if you have one to search for the origin of the humming noise. A length of small diameter pipe will also work as a listening isolation device.

Ground effects or Trim parts loose can cause a humming noise when the car is moving.

Some tires will if they are of excessive age, cause a humming sound as the inner area has slightly separated from the outer tread area and there is flexing as the tire rotates.

Some things to look into.
